Application Checklist

Application is made online through the WSU Graduate School.

The priority deadline for application is January 10.

Application must include:

o Transcripts
o Three letters of recommendation
o Personal statement must indicate your faculty of interest, set forth your aims and objectives, list publications, interim activities (including military service) and any other items that you feel may be helpful in the evaluation of your record.
o Optional: GRE scores. GRE scores are not required.  If you would like to share your scores, official score reports must be sent to the Graduate School at institution code 4705, department code 0. It is helpful (but not necessary) for you to include a photocopy of your scores with your other application materials for the Molecular Plant Sciences program.
o TOEFL scores (international applicants).  Official score reports must be sent to the Graduate School at institution code 4705, department code 0. It is helpful (but not necessary) for you to include a photocopy of your scores with your other application materials for the Molecular Plant Sciences program.
